The Republic of the Marshall Islands (RMI) Ministry of Finance (MOF) was established under the RMI Financial Management Act. It services to be a comprehensive system of public financial management for the RMI to administer all revenue and fiscal functions of the Government of RMI.
A workshop is being conducted in Majuro, Republic of the Marshall Islands with an overall focus on enhancing climate information and knowledge service for resilience. The gathering, organised through a close collaborative partnership between the RMI Weather Service Office – UNEPCISPac5 national project coordination unit, Climate Change Directorate and SPREP, is uniting a diverse group of national stakeholders.

Objectives:
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) was engaged by the Government of the Republic of the Marshall Islands (RMI) to lead community engagements on the National Adaptation Plan (NAP) in eight Atolls. The engagement team was comprised of IOM staff and three Non Governmental Organization partners; Jo-Jikum focusing on youth, Women United Together Marshall Islands (WUTMI) focusing on women and inclusion, Marshall Islands Conservation Society (MICS) focusing on livelihoods.
