Constitution of Kwajalein Atoll

The area of jurisdiction of the Local government is Kwajalein Atoll, in accordance with article IX, Section 1 (2) and (3) of the constitution of the Marshall Islands, extends to the sea and seabed of internal waters of that Atoll and to the surrounding sea and seabed to a distance of 5 miles from the baselines from which the teritorial sea of that Atoll is measured, as more particularly described in schedule.
